Too fucking funny. Two spoiled brats in a cat fight.

Trump was just sure Musk was going to buy Twitter and let him get back on because that is what he misses the most. The Trump documentary filmmaker Alex Holder related a telling anecdote when he said one of his last interviews with Trump was after he was finally kicked out of the White House and was down in Mar a Lago. And before the interview started Holder said an aide took him off to the side and told him to be very careful because Trump was in a furious mood. And Holder said that was understandable because Trump was no longer president. And the aide told him "no that's not it. He's just missing his twitter account."

Elon Musk tweeted that Donald Trump should withdraw from the limelight on Monday night. The tweet comes two days after the former president called the Tesla Motors CEO “another bullshit artist.”

Speaking at a rally in Anchorage, Alaska on Saturday, Trump claimed Musk told him he voted for him. Recently, Musk has expressed favorable views of the Republican Party. Musk has said he is “leaning toward” Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for president in 2024 if he runs.

“‘You know he said the other day, [Musk said] ‘Oh I’ve never voted for a Republican.'” Trump told the crowd. “I said I didn’t know that, he told me he voted for me,” said Trump. “So he’s another bullshit artist.”

Musk replied to a tweet containing the quote and stated, “not true.”

Musk was confronted by a conservative radio show host who asked what, if any policy disagreements he has with Trump. The billionaire responded by saying Trump brings “too much drama.” Musk said the maximum age to start a presidential term should be 69 and he chose this number for an obvious and silly reason that shall go unsaid.

The odds of Trump stepping away from the spotlight are about the same as Musk doing the same: nil.

Trump, of course, is unable to respond to Musk on Twitter, as he was suspended in 2021 after the Capitol insurrection. Musk, of course, is about to be embroiled in an ugly legal battle as he tries to withdraw from an agreement he signed that obligates him to buy Twitter.

This Musk fellow is pretty smart it seems.
Shooter thinks Musk put his finger on the only problem with a Trump rerun; "Do we really want a bull in a China shop situation every single day?"

Trump did a good job as President, better than the two before him and for damn sure better than the current meat head. But, he keeps swishing his tail chasing away the flies and in the process knocking over some very delicate and nice dishes and stuff.

Now, if we could just find someone who can run a large organization, has a brain and no long tail, we could get things moving in the right direction again.

Only a true Trump cult follower totally detached from reality and sharing Trump's psychosis would try to claim Trump did a good j0b as president.

Trump is the most mentally ill, stupid and ignorant, incompetent, corrupt, and deadly president in US history and its not even close. In fact Trump wasn't even really president. As proven by multiple books and documentaries Trump was so mentally ill he spent most his time watching TV and tweeting and was constantly manipulated by his advisors and others and much of the time they just ignored him and his orders

Trump committed literal treason against the United States of American our constitution and the rule of law. And anyone who claims that's being a good president hates the United States of America and everything it has ever stood for.

Twitter sues to force Elon Musk to buy the company for $44 billion: report

The world's richest man was sued by a social networking platform on Tuesday to force him to follow through on his purchase of the company.

"Twitter sued Elon Musk on Tuesday to force the billionaire to complete his $44 billion acquisition of the company, setting the stage for a prolonged legal battle over the fate of the social media service," The New York Times reported Tuesday. "Mr. Musk agreed in April to buy Twitter but declared last week that he intended to walk away from the deal. To push Mr. Musk to abide by the acquisition agreement, Twitter sued him in Chancery Court in Delaware. The court will determine whether he remains on the hook for the purchase or whether Twitter violated its obligation to provide Mr. Musk with data he requested, entitling him to walk away.

The contract Musk signed included a specific performance clause.

The newspaper explained three potential outcomes.

IN OTHER NEWS: 'Only the guilty try to tamper with witnesses': Legal experts weigh in on Liz Cheney's latest bombshell

"Still, Mr. Musk’s threat of walking away could bring Twitter back to the negotiating table, allowing the billionaire to buy the company at a discount," The Times explained. "The two sides could also settle. Or they could pay a $1 billion breakup fee and walk away, an option allowed only under certain circumstances, such as if Mr. Musk’s financing fell through."

Twitter has motivation to fight to force the deal in court.

"If Mr. Musk successfully disentangles himself from Twitter, it could be disastrous for the company. Its stock has fallen more than 35 percent below his offer of $54.20 per share. Twitter’s business has also deteriorated in recent months," the newspaper explained. "In the past, Delaware’s Chancery Court has prevented companies from trying to walk away from deals. In 2001, for example, when Tyson Foods tried to back out of an acquisition of the meatpacker IBP, the court ruled that Tyson had to follow through with the agreement. In situations where the court has allowed buyers to exit, it has required them to pay damages."

Quite the family. I wonder what age that "relationship " started?

Elon Musk’s Dad Reveals He Had a Second Child With His Stepdaughter

Errol Musk, 76, believes he’s only on this Earth to reproduce, he told The Sun. And so he did it for a second time with his 35-year-old stepdaughter who he’s raised since she was 4. In 2018, it was revealed that he had an unplanned child—Elliot Rush, now 5—with Jana Bezuidenhout, Tesla exec and billionaire Elon Musk’s step-sister. Errol Musk told The Sun he had a daughter in 2019 with Bezuidenhout, too, also unplanned. He was married to Bezuidenhout’s mother for 18 years, and they had two children. “If I could have another child I would,” Errol musk told The Sun. “I can’t see any reason not to.”

I don't know much about the guy, but what I've heard about him, I don't like. He's got way too much money, more than some countries. He was funding the satellite system which allowed the Ukraine army to communicate without usual internet ability. Now, I read it's too expensive for him to continue. What the fuck, over?
So it costs $100 million. He's a fucking multi-billionaire. $1 million is a stack of $100 bills a foot high (or something like that). $1 billion is a stack of $100 bills as high as the Empire State Building!!!! And he can't afford something? Go fuck yourself, EM.

I really don’t care what people doing business Elon musk doesn’t affect me at all . He doesn’t force his beliefs on anyone he is making electric cars and still agrees it should be fossil fuels . Because he knows the only way to fill his electric cars is with fossil fuels Pretty smart guy . And he possesses a superpower called common sense . No matter what you might think of him this is one extremely smart person

@toniter Let's say that it's you forking out the cost, $20,000,000,00 Twenty Million a month, for 2,200 low orbiting satellites, he set up and financed since the beginning of this conflict. I would think that you as the person financing the only communication system they have, if you offered a possible solution to end the conflict and are basically blown off and insulted by the President and some of the military leaders of Ukraine, forking out $20,000,000,00 a month for what could end up being a protracted conflict for years, any one in their right mind, even you, would most likely ask a Government supporting the conflict with weapons to take over the operational cost of the system. Had the Ukrainian Government bit their tongues instead of insulting the guy, I doubt he'd be asking any one to jump in....

Huh. So, Elon tries to pay for a satellite system for Ukraine so they can better defend their country. When the tag comes back $100 Million and he hesitates, he gets pilloried.
    Cause, you know, rich.
So where are the other rich people who claim to stand with Ukraine? You know, like Gates, and Pelosi and Soros?
    They're rich, right?
They aren't even offering or trying to help Ukraine, right?

To be clear, Shooter has his own issues with Musk, but it doesn't have anything to do with his money.
As far as Shooter knows, he earned his money legally.
    So, not Shooter's business.

Elon Musk tweets 'the bird is freed' after finalizing $44 billion acquisition
'The bird is freed,' Musk tweeted. It was swiftly liked by over 500,000 users

Elon Musk claims he has "freed" Twitter in one of his first tweets following his formal and finalized acquisition of the platform Thursday.

This freedom took several months and a whopping $44 billion to obtain, but the "Chief Twit," as Musk calls himself in his updated bio, is now in full control of Twitter.

"The bird is freed," Musk tweeted just before 11 p.m. ET. It was swiftly liked by over 500,000 users.

While Musk has advocated for promoting "free speech," his immediate plans for the struggling platform are not clear — though he has reportedly fired off its former leaders.

A source with knowledge of the matter told FOX Business that he fired Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal, and Vijaya Gadde, head of legal policy, trust, and safety.

Bloomberg reported Sean Edgett, a general counsel for Twitter, was also fired and escorted from the building Thursday.

    https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status...rd-freed-after-finalizing-billion-acquisition

Musk previously accused the officials of misleading him and investors over the number of fake users, or bots, on the platform.

Musk also has plans to personally replace Agrawal, according to Bloomberg, at least for now.

He may eventually appoint someone to the role, as Musk also spearheads Tesla, SpaceX, and other enterprises.

Musk has also suggested he would loosen content moderation and has reportedly eliminated lifetime bans.

Several Twitter users have been permanently banned, including former President Donald Trump, which drew outrage from conservatives and others.

It is not clear when this change will be implemented or if Trump intends to return.

The former president currently uses Truth Social, a Twitter competitor.

Twitter banned Trump immediately following the Capitol protest on Jan 6, 2021, claiming the "risk of further incitement of violence."

    https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status...rd-freed-after-finalizing-billion-acquisition

Trump routinely used Twitter before his ban and even as an official outlet while serving in the White House. Inviting him back to the platform would give him access to his millions of followers before a potential run for the presidency in 2024.

    1. anon_de_plume

Ousted Twitter top lawyer made calls to ban Trump, censor Hunter Biden laptop story
Gadde was fired Thursday alongside Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and CFO Ned Segal.

Twitter’s newly ousted top lawyer, Vijaya Gadde, made the calls to ban former President Trump from the platform and to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story.

Gadde lost her job, alongside CEO Parag Agrawal and CFO Ned Segal, during Thursday’s Freebird Massacre after new owner, billionaire Elon Musk, took ownership of the social media giant.

The platform’s legal boss had an interesting history of censorship, having been responsible for Trump’s ban following the January 6th Capitol riot.
Gadde was in charge of the team in 2021 that ultimately decided to give Trump the axe after the riot, under pressure from Twitter employees.

Two days after the riot, on January 8th, Gadde led a conference call with 5,200 of Twitter’s employees asking them to be patient with her team as they decided what to do with the former president’s account, according to multiple reports.

Less than three hours later, Trump was banned permanently from Twitter after Gadde and her team faced internal backlash for allowing the former president back on the website after an initial 12-hour ban.
Gadde also censored the New York Post’s story on the first son’s infamous laptop, ahead of the 2020 presidential election, temporarily banning the news outlet started by Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, under Twitter's "hacked materials" policy and stopping the story from being shared.
Twitter eventually apologized for censoring the news outlet and its story.

Musk took over Twitter on Thursday, immediately firing top executives and announcing that he "will be digging in more today" on claims of shadowbanning and follower manipulation on the social media service.
